What should I do if I have issues with my order?

How do I check my order status & track my order?
After you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will be emailed order confirmation. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. After we have shipped your order, you will be emailed full tracking details. You may also login into your user account at anytime to check your order status.
What is your refund/exchange/cancellation policy?

How do I apply my press-ons?
VIBE Nails can be applied using professional nail glue or glue tabs. For wear up to 2 weeks, use professional nail glue. For temporary 24hr wear, use adhesive tabs. Click here for full application instructions.
How do I remove my press-ons?
It is best to wait 5-7 days before removing press-ons if you used glue. Do not pull your press-ons off as this could damage your natural nails. Soak nails in warm soapy water for 15-20 minutes until press-ons start to loosen (Pro tip: Add some cuticle oil to the mixture, it helps!). Use the wooden stick to gently lift edges. Soak nails again to further loosen press-ons. Gently wiggle press-ons back & forth until they come off. If this does not work, file press-ons to remove top layer. Soak nails in acetone until glue dissolves & press-ons come off easily. Moisturize afterwards.
What are glue tabs?
Glue tabs can be used instead of nail glue to apply your press-ons. Glue tabs provide temporary wear for up to 24hrs. Select the tab which best fits your natural nail. Pull the tab off the sheet & apply onto your nail. Remove protective layer on back & apply your press-on. Hold firmly for 30s to remove any air bubbles & ensure press-on has properly adhered to the tab.
How long do press-ons usually last?
With proper nail preparation & care, VIBE Nails can last up to 2 weeks using professional nail glue. Click here for tips & full application instructions.
Can I re-use my press-ons?
Yes, they can be re-used with proper care & removal.
How do I find my press-on size?
All our kits include 30 press-ons in 15 different sizes. Select the press-on which best fits your natural nail. If you are in-between sizes, choose the slightly smaller one. Click here for full application instructions.
